From Diet Culture Burnout to Holistic Freedom

I know what it’s like to give every ounce of yourself to others while putting your own needs at the bottom of the list.

As a wife, mom, and corporate leader in the diet industry, I became an expert at hustling, restricting, and chasing the next big transformation.

I told myself I was being “healthy,” but my body knew the truth.

My worth was tied to the scale. My energy was drained by constant cycles of “all in” and “all out.” I was inflamed, exhausted, and stuck in autopilot habits that never truly served me.

When my doctor told me my symptoms were stress-driven and no diet or exercise plan could fix them, I realized something deeper had to change.

THE turning point and my method

The Method that Changed Everything

Everything shifted when I discovered Light Leader Kundalini™ — a somatic, energy-based system rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that connects the dots between stress, inflammation, emotions, movement, and food.

It taught me that:

Emotional and dietary inflammation are just two of five root causes of imbalance

Cravings are emotional messengers linked to specific organs and energy pathways

Targeted movement and healing foods can release what’s been stored for years

Within three months, my chronic symptoms were gone. Not from restriction or punishment, but from creating a new rhythm for my life — one that allowed my body to feel safe, supported, and free.

These tools carried me through some of my hardest seasons, including a miscarriage and leaving my “safe” corporate job.
Instead of breaking, I stayed grounded and resilient because I finally trusted myself.

Climbing the corporate ladder in the diet industry while building a side business as a wellness coach. Juggling motherhood, marriage, and career — but running on burnout.

2013 - The Crush Point

After years of restriction, scale-tracking, and “all in/all out” cycles, my body revolted. Chronic stomach pain, inflammation, and exhaustion became my daily reality.

2016 - The Wake Up Call

A doctor’s diagnosis of “psychosomatic inflammation” opened my eyes: no diet or workout plan could heal what was happening inside. Something deeper had to shift.

2018 - The Breakthrough

Discovered Light Leader Kundalini™ and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Learned how stress, emotions, and energy pathways were fueling my symptoms — and how to release them. Within 3 months, my pain and inflammation were gone.
