Hi I'm Kate!

I’m a Certified Life & Wellness Coach, Certified Light Leader Coach®, and a former Health & Wellness Executive with over 13 years of experience creating fitness and nutrition programs and helping thousands of people transform their health.

However, even with all that experience and after losing 40 lbs. and keeping it off, in 2023 I found myself stuck—frustrated, stressed, and juggling an overwhelming life. I was constantly craving sweets, and my stress became so intense it showed up as chronic burning pain in my stomach.

My doctor initially thought it was an ulcer caused by my Crohn's diagnosis, but it wasn’t. After a series of tests and no answers, I felt even more overwhelmed. That’s when I a new doctor determined the pain was a psychosomatic response—a brain-gut disconnect where stress manifests physically.

I learned that the overwhelm was disrupting my stomach and spleen energy channels (which govern digestion and store the emotion of overwhelm in the body). This imbalance was driving my sweet cravings and physical pain. He recommended a holistic approach using breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, and grounding food principles rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

The problem? I couldn’t see the recommended specialist for six months (womp, womp).

But by divine timing, I discovered Light Leader Kundalini™ that same week– and it changed everything for me.

This powerful system gave me the tools to nurture myself, heal emotional eating patterns, and restore balance to my energy channels. Within a few short months the chronic pain was gone– and it NEVER came back! I was so blown away I had to learn more so I could help others do this too, which led me to get certified in this work.

Now, I’m healthier, happier, and more grounded than ever before. These same tools helped me stay calm, grounded and shed 10 lbs. as I navigated one of the most stressful times of my life– strengthening my belief that this truly works.

My mission is to help share the tools and sustainable habit changes that helped me do this with as many people as possible.
