Hi, I'm Kate!

Just like you, I’m an individual—a woman with dreams, needs, and desires. But as women, we often lose sight of that as we take on other identities–mother, wife, professional, caregiver—focusing so much on nurturing everyone else that we forget to nurture ourselves the way our bodies truly need.

For years, that was my story. As a wife and mom juggling a corporate career in the weight loss industry and building a business as a Certified Life & Wellness Coach, I was caught in the relentless cycle of diet and hustle culture. Going "all out" on a weekend to go "all in" the Monday a new program or challenge started to begin the chase for that instaworthy before and after. The diet industry loves these behavior patterns because it fuels their marketing funnels and your "need" for their programs.

What it fueled for me (and likely you too) was exhaustive habits with the scale, tracking, and food– only seeing it as a "weight loss" or "weight gain" food. This drove constant weight fluctuations (and I have the photo feed to prove it). I thought I was following "healthy habits" since it's what we were conditioned to believe... but my body had enough of it.

I was burned out, overwhelmed, and suffering from chronic pain in my stomach.

The breaking point came when doctors told me my pain was psychosomatic—stress had manifested physical form as burning stomach pain that no diet or exercise plan could fix.

I felt stuck and defeated until I discovered Light Leader Kundalini™.

This changed everything.

Within three months, the chronic pain that controlled my life was gone. This somatic system designed to target and unblock our energy channels where stress gets trapped, taught me how to heal my body with my body.

It gave me tools to stay calm and grounded, even while navigating some of the hardest moments of my life—a miscarriage and leaving my “safe” corporate job.

When it felt like my world was crumbling, I could have broken—but I didn’t. I had the tools to feel safe in my body and trust myself to handle life’s chaos.

Through this journey, I unlearned the harmful beliefs diet culture ingrained in me, repaired my relationship with food, and quieted the constant food noise in my head.

Now, I feel calm, grounded, and deeply nurtured—and I help other women achieve the same. My mission is to guide women out of diet burnout and stress—not through rigid plans or impossible standards, but by helping them trust, love, and nurture themselves in ways they’ve always deserved.
