If you're dealing with:

Brain fog

Racing thoughts

Waking up at 3am for no reason

Inflammation

Belly bloat

Or that wired but tired feeling that never lets up…

you're not broken, and it's not just "part of aging."

You've been trained to be "on" for decades, and the result is a nervous system running on an overproduction of cortisol, your main stress hormone. It's good in small amounts, it gets you through your day. But your busy, demanding life has likely kept it turned on for far too long, and now your body has no more capacity to hold the load.

The good news: no matter what season of life you're in, this can be retrained, and it starts with 7 simple, doable habits.

Hi, I'm Kate.

"Killing it" in my career

Ignored stress signs:

Hair loss, dark undereye circles, incapable of slowing down, dry skin (regardless of how much water I drank)

For years, to the outside world, I had it all together. Married to the love of my life, living in sunny California with our son, building a successful career creating wellness courses for Weight Watchers and BODi, coaching thousands of women… and being told I was killing it.

Life should have felt really good.

But inside, my body was in survival mode. And I had normalized it so completely, I didn't even know.

I was holding everything together for everyone, trying to prove I could do it all without dropping the ball… while quietly falling apart. I was constantly on edge, exhausted, anxious and inflamed. Dealing with gut pain, brain fog, weight gain, and one irritating comment away from snapping at anyone in my path.

I spent thousands on therapy and testing with zero answers, until one specialist finally named it: my symptoms were psychosomatic. The mind and body had disconnected under the weight of chronic, unrelenting pressure. And it was a fast track to many health issues… yet society has normalized it, so we just accept it.

Here's what I came to understand: we're expected to be on top of every task, chore, meeting, and micro-detail that only we as high-achieving women would even notice, while staying in total control of everything else so we don't get judged… mainly by the voice inside our own heads. This conditioning has created a common experience among women that we don't talk about to avoid being judged. And the emotions behind this? They become bottled-up stress in the body and a ticking time bomb for heart disease.

I learned no diet, workout, supplement, or mindset shift was going to fix it. I needed to release the stress stored in my body at the root, by activating the nervous system through very specific techniques. Because stress isn't a mindset issue. It's a physiological state we're stuck in. And until it's released, and the body and brain are retrained to operate in a new way…nothing truly changes.

Holding it together for everyone

Ignored stress signs:

Constant migraines, in a rush, on edge, & "behind" 100% of the time (yet gets more done in a day than most can in a week)

The result of chronic stress

The result

Dysregulated Nervous System

Fight-or-flight mode inflamed my whole body as a signal that it was needed to survive the joy-sucking pandemic it was trying to survive

So I went deep. I studied the science, the history, the wisdom. I got certified in breathwork, meditation, and Light Leader Kundalini™ somatic movement… and learned to read my body like a map.

When I released the conditioned habits at the root of my stress, everything changed.

For the first time in years, I felt genuinely calm inside my body… steady, present, and nourished enough to finally show up as the real me, unapologetically and a little unhinged in the best way ;).

My life was recalibrated. I started teaching my clients this work. And I realized this is what I was always meant to do.

Kate calm and regulated

Calm, present, and finally free

Regulated Nervous System

Steady, nourished, and no longer running on fumes. This is what a body feels like when it's not in survival mode and living a life you desire.

Nurture Her™ was born from that. It's the experience designed for women like you and me… who've spent years overriding their bodies and pushing through… and are finally ready to feel calm, present, and actually enjoy the lives we've worked so damn hard to build.

If you're ready to cut through the constant mind noise, the overwhelm, and the urge to keep doing more and reclaim who you really are and the life you actually want to live… you're in the right place.
